Creating a lead generation system that works for IT services

Yobah needed to generate consistent, qualified leads for its Modern Workplace Accelerator service. The offer itself was strong, but it needed a clear structure to communicate it to different decision-makers with varying priorities.

We designed and delivered a lead generation funnel to support the launch, providing a clear route from first contact through to enquiry and making the service easier to understand and engage with.

Modern Workplace Accelerator was being launched without any existing marketing material or campaign structure to support it. Yobah needed a way to introduce the service clearly and turn early interest into enquiries.

Key challenges:

  • No existing marketing material or messaging for the service

  • No campaign structure in place to support launch

  • Multiple audiences needing different information

  • No clear path from promotion through to enquiry

We designed the campaign around how Modern Workplace Accelerator would be considered and progressed within a business. This led us to define three core audience groups: CTOs, Directors and Heads of Department, shaping how the service was communicated across the campaign.

Key elements:

  • Targeted messaging shaped around a clearly defined audience

  • Three dedicated landing pages designed to explain the offer and drive enquiries

  • Social advertising to build awareness and direct traffic

  • Email nurture sequences to support follow-up and consideration

  • A downloadable brochure to provide deeper detail for engaged prospects
